We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.
Rules
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

- Improper use of this product could result in serious personal injury or property damage:
- OVERLOADING AND OVER-STRETCHING. Do not use if strap cannot easily reach the ratchet slot. Do not let the ratchet exceed the safe range. Stress on anchor point would be increased many times as strap reaches its maximum stretch limit, which may possibly results in failure of ratchet and dangerous rebound.
- WIDELY VARYING LOAD PRESSURES. Do not use with shifting loads or great variations load weight as in top-heavy or lengthy items, especially in cases where movement may cause extensive sways or pendulous motions. Le. Carrying an extended load in a fast turning or swerving vehicle.
- AIR FOIL TYPE LOAD. Do not use with items which could be affected by the wind such as large sections of plywood, heater flats, etc. The pressures created when pulling such a load can be far beyond prediction. 4.USE WITH GOOD JUDGEMENT. Do not secure strap across sharp, serrated, or pointed edges. Never use an old or frayed strap.
